Review & Share Headshots

Once you have launched the headshot creation process, you’ll receive an email letting you know that your headshots are ready for your review.

All headshots will remain permanently available in your dashboard unless your organization have chosen to have them automatically deleted in 30 days.

Log in to your HeadshotPro account to view all 80 of your headshots. Your organization can also access them. They are organized into:

• Favorite - The single headshot you have selected as your favorite. This is the headshot that your organization will see and use as your primary image

• Keepers - The additional headshots you like and want to keep but haven't chosen as your primary favorite

• Remixes - The headshots you have modified using your 10 edit credits

• All remaining photos - The rest of your headshots

If you’re unhappy with all your headshots, ask your team lead for a retry and review the selfie best practices to avoid the same issue. Retries will delete the original set of photos.

If you like one headshot but not the others, we recommend using your edit credits to create similar variations.

To mark a headshot as your favorite or keeper:

1. Hover over the image

2. Click Mark As Favorite or Mark As Keeper

To remove a headshot as your favorite or keeper:

1. Hover over the image you’ve marked

2. Click Mark As Dud. The headshot will return to the All Photos section

If you're hesitating between a few options, you can easily get input from a different stakeholder by letting them vote for their top 5 headshots:

1. Click Share with friend

2. Click on Create your voting link

3. Share the link

4. View all results under View votes

5. To stop sharing, click Stop sharing

If you’d like to share all of your headshots and allow the person receiving the link to download everything, you can create a shareable link:

1. Click Share results

2. Click Copy link

3. To stop sharing, click Stop sharing
