Refund Policy

At HeadshotPro, we’re committed to ensuring that everyone has headshots that truly represent them and make them feel confident. If you don’t end up with at least one profile-worthy photo, we’ll fully refund you, no questions asked.

Note: Before requesting a refund, you also have the option to redo all of your headshots. Many customers find that requesting a retry helps them get better results.


What “profile-worthy” means

Profile-worthy means at least one photo that you like and can use professionally

It’s completely normal that out of all the photos generated, some might not be to your liking. Just like a real photoshoot, not every headshot will be a keeper


How to get a refund

Follow these steps to get a refund:

  1. In your dashboard, click Support

  2. Under Request type, select Refund request

  3. Enter your name and a brief note explaining why you’d like a refund

  4. Submit your request. Our team will review it and, if eligible, process a full refund within 48 hours
